Secluded 4-Season Retreat in Wakefield NH on Horn Pond

Our camp on Davis Rd, was built about 2000 by us using the wood we cut on the 2.6 acre lot whose access is almost directly across from the end of our driveway. Our access to the lake is shared with another waterfront owner [they use their own pond frontage], a farm at the top of the hill [who have never used it to our knowledge], and the island [which appears to be unbuildable]… so, essentially, not only is it adjacent… it is very private

Everything structurally was new in 2000 and the hot water heating system was new in 2015. There is a wood stove which can easily heat the finished living space. Hardwood and tile are on the main floor where the open kitchen/dining and living room, large full bath and a bedroom are located.  Also at this level are a huge screen porch and two decks. The loft area has a master suite with a ¾ bath. The ground level has a large garage, hookups for laundry and ½ bath and heatin system.

Although the property is in Wakefield, the Town of Sanbornville is the governing body located just 3 miles from the camp.
