Hall-McGee Realtors, LLC, Buyer's Brokers of the Seacoast, is an independently owned and operated real estate company fully licensed in both Maine and New Hampshire. It has been offering exclusive buyer representation since 1990.

The company's founders Beverly Hall and Carolyn McGee were labeled "pioneers" when they first adopted their policy to represent only buyers of real estate. They received training in buyer representation with the nation's best and have been in the forefront both locally and nationally as speakers and policy makers.

In 2000, Carolyn McGee became sole owner, allowing Beverly Hall to enjoy a well-deserved retirement. Hall-McGee Realtors, LLC has always placed client services as its first priority and as Buyer's Brokers of the Seacoast it continues as the area's largest exclusive buyer agency.
